Millis" (Writ & Error) Appendix #5: "Lunatic Poor in Ireland" includes 31 drawings mostly in color of proposed asylums 111 pp. Appendix #6: Evidence on Divorce Bills", 27pp. Brown leather, raised bands with title and volume number labels on spine. Blue paper covered boards. Leather protected front corners and spine ends are lightly rubbed and scuffed. Slight shelf edge wear. Texts interior is tight, clean & intact.
