1966 Simon & Schuster trade hardcover format. First Printing, not remainder marked, dj not price clipped($4.95). Dj has 2" vertical enclosed rip along the bottom spine & light wear on the top spine else dj in very good condition with only light shelfware, now housed in Brodart protective sleeve. Black cloth covered boards clean & square. White lettering & red design on spine fine. Binding firm & straight.
