Illustrated throughout. Quarto, 505 pp. Light blue cloth-covered boards with dark blue cloth backstrip. From private collection. Several pages contain notes and corrections by previous owner. Several pages show offsetting where newspapers clippings are still stores between leaves. Bottom edge of book block shows a little soiling from shelf wear. No dust jacket (presumed as issued).
