Toronto: Printed by Imrie, Graham & Co., 31 Church Street, 1899. 7 1/2" x 4 7/8", pale green cloth blocked in black, pp. 218, + 10 pages of ads. Small stain and crimp in spine, suggestive of having been tied in a cord bundle at some point, else near fine. .
