Boston: Ticknor and Fields, 1863. Book. Very Good. Cloth. 1st Edition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Green blind stamped, pebbled cloth with gilt lettering to the spine. First American Edition. This copy is VG. Exterior is rich. Gilt clear. A couple of tiny soiling spots. Tips crimped with modest wear. Spine ends crimped with slight wear as well. Edges mostly sharp. TEG. Brown EPs . Inside has neat PO BP of James Winslow on front paste down along with his neat signature dated October 24, 1863. Second owner BP at top of front paste down as well. Scattered modest foxing to text. Securely bound with beginnings of cracking between pp. 168 and 189. This edition is SCARCE with only two other copies on Abe as of February 2024..
