About this Item: Brentano's, NY, 1906. Leather. Condition: Near Fine. First Edition Thus. First Printing. Bound in brown half crushed morocco over brown cloth boards by Brentano's spines in six compartments separated by raised bands, gilt lettering in two compartments, gilt tooling in remainder, gilt borders on covers, t.e.g., marbled endpapers. Illustrated with forty tissue-protected photogravure reproductions. Includes Notes, Pedigree of Cellini, and detailed Index. Inside shows a few stains . Corners very lightly bumped, one tear see photo , otherwise tight, square, and clean. NEAR FINE. see photos was owned y Mrs J Paul Getty. There is a book plate inside that says Theodora Lynch her maiden name
