Frontis in each volume along with an additional nine full page plates on glossy paper scattered throughout the two volumes. Biography of this early 20th Century literary critic and voice of dissent by the well known bookman Jacob Zeitlin. Very slight wear to the books; tiny shelf soil mark at bottom of volume two.
