1966 hardcover as pictured. This is a beautiful Swedish children's book that has seen moderate use. Translated into English by Sonja Bergvall. Binding is intact. Quarter bound in pictorial paper with cloth spine. Boards are rubbed and lightly soiled with fraying at head and tail of spine and bumped, scuffed corners. Inscripotion on FFEP. Text is lightly tanned but appears otherwise clean and unmarked. Second page of text has a one inch tear near spine. Each page of text facing a full color illustration. No dust jacket.
