Original decorative blue cloth binding with illustration on front cover and the spine. The gilt is bright, and there is only minor shelfwear; protected in fitted archival mylar. The inner hinges are slightly weakened. No dustjacket. Illustrated with a color frontispiece. The first printing with the date on the title page and copyright page stating April 1916.
