Large, heavy, smooth red cloth with bright gilt title, author and line design at top front, creased at bottom front tip, gilt lettering bright with line design on spine, neat ink name and author with date (1936) at top first front end paper, sticker for New Bedford Massachusetts at bottom, very slight browned at first front end paper right edge, 403 lightly browned heavy pages, final pages uncut. DJ beneath mylar has light blue background with red border at bottom front, colorful title with blue and pink diagonal on front, spine very slightly faded, ad for book on back. DJ has tiny tear with slight wear at bottom front tip, tiny brown spot on front, very slight surface wear at spine top edge, microtear at spine bottom edge, white back very slightly browned and lightly soiled. Near Very Good DJ/Fine book.
