About This Item
Dundee & London: Valentine & Sons, Ltd.. First Edition First Printing . Soft cover. Poor/Poor. Collection of photogravure illustrations of London with brief explanatory text, c. 1930s (no date in book, but George V is still King). Unpaginated. Oblong softcover has a stapled binding, staples secure but showing rust. The photos are lovely, but a large dampstain circles in from the spine edge about 1"-3", affecting 50% of the pages & photos on that edge, causing condition to be downgraded to Poor. Otherwise, very clean, pages with just a whisper of tanning. NO writing, underlining, or highlighting; NOT ex-lib. Orig. DJ is present, but shows heavy chipping, creasing, soiling. Protected in mylar cover. Our photos depict the exact book you will receive, never "stock" images of books we don't actually have! Same day shipping if ordered by 2 pm weekdays (PST); later orders, weekends & holidays ship very next day. 0
