About This Item
New York:: A L Burt Company, 1917.. Reprint Edition.. Hardbound . BINDING/CONDITION: green cloth with red and black text and decoration; owner's inscription and date, light rubbing to the corners, otherwise a Very Good book, with a Fair dust jacket. The dust jacket has only tiny chips, but is quite faded at the spine and spine edge of the front panel.. Small 8vo (about 7.5 inches tall) . Description: Note: the only date listed is Houghton Mifflin's original copyright date of 1917; my best guess is that this was printed at about the time of the owner's inscription (1920). Includes a b&w frontis plate by Arthur Becher. Dust jacket art by A I (Arthur Ignatius) Keller.
