Beesley was encouraged to share his story with the world in order to give a more accurate account of the events, as compared to books that would be written by those who were not there that fateful day. Some very light staining to the covers; clean spine; there are a couple tiny cloth tears at the bottom edge of the spine and at the lower-outer corner tip of the front board. Tight binding. Name written in pen on front pastedown. Overall in very good condition.
