Clear plastic and green titled wrappers. Title page present, dated 1977, with credits for screenwriter Victor Rosen. 113 leaves, with last page of text numbered III-32. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only. Pages Fine, wrapper Near Fine, with a red Velo binding.
