Privately Printed, & Missouri Valley Historical Society, n.p., 1919, 1919. First Edition. Soft cover. Very Good+. Gilt-stamped large 8vo stiff brown wrappers. 41pp. Illust. A "sketch" of Major Drumm, the first president of the Cherokee Strip Live Stock Association, a true cattle country pioneer in Oklahoma & Kansas, & founder of the Drumm Institute for boys near Kansas City. A short book, but with good, vivid information on the cattle days in the Cherokee Strip. Slight 3/8" tear, now carefully closed, to top of front cover next to spine, else fine & probably unread. Very scarce. Herd 1378.
