Signed by seven of The Few including: Flight Lieutenant Richard Jones 64 Sqn 1940 and 19 Sqn at Duxford), Squadron Leader Ken Hawkeye Lee (501 Sqn 1940 , 112 Sqn and 123 Sqn), Wing Commander Ken Mackenzie (501 Sqn 1940), Group Captain Billy Drake (1 Sqn during the Battle of Britain and 112 Sqn in the Western Desert), Group Captain Tom Dalton-Morgan (Commanding Officer of 43 Sqn during the Battle of Britain), G R Lamb (236Sqn and 264 Sqn) and Cyril 'Bam' Bamberger of 610 and 41 Sqn in 1940. He hated the name Cyril, so often signed as Bam.
