Book is in good condition with clean pages that are tight to binding. Jacket in acceptable condition with rips, tears, & chips, especially at the top of the spine. Protective plastic cover has kept it flat and looking as nice as possible. Smudge on bottom, right corner of fore-edge. 3 pages torn at the edge, about an inch. No underlining or highlighting. Inscribed by former owner on front flyleaf and previous price penciled on back flyleaf. Smoke-free home, smoke-free books.
