Gilt crest to upper board. 22.5 × 14.5cm, xi + 301pp. The memoirs of Edward, 8th Earl of Sandwich, a British peer, Conservative politician and author. He served as colonel of the Huntingdonshire Militia, and served as Lord Lieutenant of Huntingdonshire between 1891 and 1916. Condition: A good copy. The binding is a little rubbed and dulled, with foxing to the endpapers but the main body of text in strong readable condition.
