Contains black and white photographic frontispiece, with both illustrated and photographic plates throughout. Pages are mildly tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Plates are bright. Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscription to front free endpaper. Boards have heavy shelf-wear, with visible corner bumping and noticeable scuffing to edges. Spine ends are moderately crushed, with visibly splitting to top end. Moderate rubbing and scuffing overall.
