Madrid: Espasa-Calpe, S.A., 1932. Hardcover. Very Good. 1932 printing, inscribed by author to Philip W. Bonsal, large 8vo, maroon full calf, 99 pp. Very good plus with minor rubbing. Pijoán mainly wrote on art history; Bonsal was a career diplomat who worked for International Telephone and Telegraph in Spain in the 1930s and was the last US ambassador to Cuba (1959-60).
