New York: The Dial Press, 1976. First printing (stated.) The story of Minnie Maloney, who was convinced by her sister that buying seven boxes of macaroni daily prevented bad luck. Terrific children's book by the Author/Illustrator whose work appeared regularly in The Village Voice in the '80s and '90s. The book has a prev. owner's bookplate in the front but is otherwise unmarked and good. The jacket is price-clipped and has a small orange smudge on the front.
