About This Item

Lincoln: University of Nebraska Press, 1967. Later Printing . Trade Paperback. Good -/No Jacket. This listing is for two titles sold as a pair at the listed price with one-book priced shipping. "Utopia" is a good study or reference copy, with an assortment of cosmetic issues. Some extremely light soiling staining of covers, photo coming. Rather thumbed but not smudged. The trade paperbacks spine is creased, but not badly so, binding holding nicely. Much pencilled noting in text, mostly checkmarks, and underlining, some ballpoint pen. Appears to be facsimile reprint of the 1905 original. JUST RECEIVED: Richard Gerber's "Utopian Fantasy, A Study of English Utopian Fiction Since the End of the Nineteenth Century," condition similar to the Wells. A good bit worn. No marking. * We feel that books offered for internet sale should be described thoroughly and accurately. Books listed by Brass Dolphin are so described, and graded, using the strict, traditional standards. For this reason, we have virtually zero returns.*

Synopsis

In A Modern Utopia , two travelers fall into a space-warp and suddenly find themselves upon a Utopian Earth controlled by a single World Government.
