Collectible copy with a few BW/color photos of recipes and several vintage color graphic figure illustrations circa 1965; oblong staplebound 15,2 x 10,2 cm., 27 pages. 16447 Swift Brands. Logan was the corporate pseudonym of Beth Bailey McLean and her team of 35 home economists starting in 1937 but the department continued publishing with this name after she retired in 1957.
