Designed by George Macy, letterpress composed and printed on special Worthy paper in black and rubric red, by the J.Horace McFarland Company at the Mount Pleasant Press in Harrisburg, the mezzotints by Ward hand-pulled in the shop of Charles Furth in New York, bound by Russell-Rutter Company, NY.
