Oliver & Boyd, Edinburgh, 1830. Folding engraved map, extra engraved title, plates, route plans, and engravings in the text, complete and as called for. Small 8vo (6 1/4 x 4 3/4 inches), 402-pages plus 4-pages of advertisements at end. Contemporary half tan calf over marbled boards, spine ruled in gilt, blocked in blind, with burgundy lettering piece. Several short tears to map without loss, old repair on reverse to one fold with paper tape. 2 cracks in lettering piece.
