Unmarked hardcover with no dust jacket. The burgundy cloth board has an adhered decorative paper inset on front with all the countries's flags. Corners are bumped and the ends of the spine or also. Endpapers are lightly soiled and two have heavy foxing. 10 1/2 x 8 x 1 1/4 inches.
