Mainly concedrned with the Dardanelles Campaign. Volume goes up to the entry of Italy into the War in 1915 and the resignations of Winston Churchill and Lord Fisher. All Plans removed from front and rear pockets and also from main text. Blue cloth cover with gilt lettering to spine. XI preliminary pages. Main text 448 pages. 9" Tall, 760g. Some closed tears to cloth down sides of spine. Hinges cracked nd reinforced with white hinge tape. Gift inscription on ffep, dated 1934. No other inscriptions. A few spots of marginal foxing on a few pages.
