New York: Knopf, 1927. Small quarto. Gilt cloth. Color frontis, plates and line drawings. Foxing to endsheets and edges, and just lightly in prelims and terminal leaves, else a very good copy in the scarce pictorial dust jacket (shallow chipping along top edge and at corners). First edition, trade issue. Preface by Ralph Barton, and introduction by Frank Crowninshield. There was also a deluxe issue of one hundred copies with an original drawing.
