Perfection stove Company. Cleveland, Ohio. No date but circa 1910, 1910 Book size about 5 by 7 1/2 inches with some 96 pages. Bound in photo illustrated wraps. Book consists of two parts with the first 23 pages explaining how to operate the stove and the remaining pages devoted to recipes tested by Miss Nellie L McCann of Gorham, Maine. About 200 recipes in all with the accent on New England cooking. Illustrated extensively in the stove operating section but not in the recipe section. Wrappers with light wear. VERY GOOD. 1st Edition.. Soft cover. Very Good/No Jacket.
