London: Bodley Head, 1964. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. Signed by Author. First UK Edition, first printing. SIGNED BY THE AUTHOR. Publisher's dark blue boards with gilt spine lettering. A mark to the bottom edge, some foxing to the page block edges which has crept into the text in places overall about VG. Signed by the author on the title page. The price-clipped D/W is in VG+ condition with the cream spine slightly darkened. Signed copies of this title are uncommon these days. Photographs/scans available upon request.
