Opera Omnia of Tacitus, Collectio Latinorum Scriptorum cum Notis, edited and annotated by Jeremias Jacob Oberlin (1735-1806), librarian and rector of the Gymnasium in Strasburg and a renowned philologist. An impressive complete set. Soft covers show normal signs of wear, Vol. I has tape reinforcing at spine, book block is splitting. Book block of Vol. 5 is also split. Otherwise, volumes have general wear and some foxing, clean and unmarked. Hard to find set. Heavy and will require additional postage for international shipping.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall .
