Mason Village, New Hampshire, 1859. Good. Spotting, short tears, chipping.. Printed Order of Exercises for the installation of the Rev. George E. Fisher as pastor of the local congregational church in Mason Village, New Hampshire. The event seems to have been exciting for the small local community, and included a choir, prayers and scripture readings, and featured several different religious leaders. Single leaf measuring approx. 14.75" by 5", typographical border, verso blank. The Rev. George E. Fisher (b.1823) was a Massachusetts native who served as pastor in Mason Village for three years before returning to his home state, where he remained for the rest of his life.
