Coral Musker, cold and hungry and desperately poor; Josef Grunlich, a murderer with the police of Austria snarling on his trail; and Mabel Warren, a crack English journalist [and lesbian] who scented something strange'. Basis for the 1934 Fox Film directed by Paul Martin and starring Heather Angle, Norman Foster and Ralph Morgan. Almost Near Fine in Very Good price-clipped dustjacket (but with the word 'price' still visible), some tiny chips at spine ends and flap corners, edges with modest wear and short closed tears.
