New edition, carefully revised and modified. xii, [2], 318pp. Contemporary brown half morocco over marbled boards, spine lettered and decorated in gold with art nouveau motifs, marbled edges, floral endpapers. Frontispiece, six inserted plates (one foldout showing all the stars visible to the naked eye), and several in-text illustrations. Mild scattered foxing throughout. Spine is faded, light wear to extremities. A very good copy. ; Octavo.
