Original albumen photograph of the author, mounted as frontispiece. Pawlet, Rutland County, Vermont has an interesting history. Includes its citizens in the Revolutionary War; Civil War, railroad, anti-slavery, agriculture, 1867 town census, government, genealogy and family sketches. A handsome book. New England ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 272 pages .
