H. F. & G. Witherby Ltd., 1924. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1924. No Edition Remarks. 169 pages. No dust jacket. Blue cloth with gilt lettering to front board and spine. Deckled text block edges. Contains black and white photographic plates. Pages are lightly tanned and moderately foxed, with a few small nicks and creases along text block edge. Former owner's dedication to front free endpaper, with a pencil inscription to paste-down. Slight cracking to gutters with exposed netting. Binding remains firm. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout. Plates are bright and clear, with slight tanning and foxing to edges. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with minor bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Heavy tanning and sunning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends.
