Profusely illustrated with color and b&w plates (many by noted architectural photographers Julius Shulman and Marvin Rand), drawings, renderings and models. Laid in is a postcard announcing a gallery opening, reception and book signing for Saturday, June 1, 2002 at the Craig Krull Gallery in Santa Monica, a CA/Boom4 tour flier showing Case Study #22 and LA Times Supplement page showing Case Study House #21 for auction. Book has indentation at head of board. DJ has tiny silverfish mark top edge and small remainder mark on bottom. DJ in protective mylar cover.
