Ltd., according to publishers note. 8vo size cordovan leatherette hardcover with pictorial color illustration on front cover and bright gilt titles on spine and front cover; 182 pages. Patterned red and gold endpapers. Frontispiece is black and white illustration of author. This story, a Christian allegory, was first published in 1678. Over the centuries it has been translated into many languages, and remained in print. The book has some rubbing wear to cover, a small spot on front cover, lightly bumped head and heel of spine and a small bump to top of back cover.
