Book Condition: Very Good; surface abrasions to front wrap at bottom and upper right corner; rear wrap and interior contents are all very good with light wear to tips. No DJ. Printed card stock wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is securely saddle stapled; text is secure in binding. 47 pp 8vo. The interior pages are a stock brochure from the Portland Cement Association that gives the rough plans and drawings/photographs for various types of farm buildings that can be built with Portland Cement. The outer wrap from Ash Grove has been stapled over the Portland Brochure to personalize it. It has been further personalized by being stamped by the Shady Bend Lumber Company in Shady Bend KS. Shady Bend is now an unincorporated community in Lincoln County KS. A clean very presentable copy.
