Reviews
On Jan 9 2018, a reader said:
This is one of my mandatory textbooks for my degree in Environmental Science. Besides an easy organization and packed with information, the authors know that variations and deviations stimulate the memory. Hence there are categories for plants like 'oddballs' and where they can, they include the plant's role in Indigenous and settler cultures. Photographs are brilliant and sharp; cover resists the damp weather of Tacoma better than a regular paperback. This is an intelligent book meant to inform you and stimulate your appetite for the outdoors.
