Ilkley, England: Privately Printed, 1973. Original Wraps. Collectible; Fine/Very Good. The 1973 facsimile re-issue of W.H. Auden's very scarce 1st book. Originally published in 1928 in an edition of "about 45 copies", this facsimile --which in itself is uncommon-- is #65 of only 100 copies issued. An attractive miniature (64mo), crisp and VG+ in its orange wrappers. INSCRIBED BY THE BOOK'S PRINTER at the front free endpaper, otherwise clean as could be. Also includes publisher's printed vellum dustjacket, which is clean and VG, with light curling to the vellum. And, also includes publishere's stapled, laid-in prospectus and Introduction to this elegant edition.
