Introduced by Edward Dahlberg, a collection of poetry about the 1930 depression effect oh human dreams of a better world. The cover is faded around the edges and on the spine but the title, author and publisher are distinct. A previous owner 's name is on the verso top end paper and perhaps that owner marked favorite poems and underlined two paragraphs in Dahlberg's introduction. The book has been read. The pages are age toned.Dappled edge pages.
