Paris: Editions Georges Cres & Cie, 1920. One of 795 numbered copies on velin de Rives from a total edition of 848. Small folio. Bound: 3/4 maroon morocco and paste-paper boards, spine paneled, title gilt, top edge gilt, original covers bound in, near fine. Woodengraved portrait of author by Paul Baudier as frontispiece, and five woodengravings hors-texte printed in black after designs by Louis Jou, with ornamental bandeaux and chapter headings printed in black; with decorated capital letters in red and black; culs-de-lampe in black, all designed and cut by Louis Jou.
