Boston, USA: Houghton Mifflin Company and Antiques Incorporated, 1926. Clean rose cloth cover with gold titles. Thin bumping & light rubbing to head & foot of spine and to four corners. Light foxing to edges. Stamp to front & rear endpaper: Goyette Museum of Americana. Quite clean content, colour illustrations, old very faded stain to head front endpaper & rep, binding tight. 269p plus 64 plates Dj: front jacket verticle split and separated near flap spine and near full split of the covers length tear to centre o fjacket. Head & bottom spine missing 2 cm jagged at head and 1 cm jagged at bottom.Head of rear cover 17 cm long and angled piece missing. 2 cm open tear to rear flap spine. Small tears and chips to head & bottom edge.. First Edition. Hb. VG/Good.
