Inscription reads: "To David -- who plays and understands/the game from boyhood!/All best,/Andrew Greig." Red cloth w/gilt spine lettering, illustrated pastedowns, map end papers, 279 pages + a page of website links to courses played. Gently bumped spine ends, bumped bottom left corner of back cover, in lightly rubbed dust jacket w/a hint of general wear..
