Inscribed by Adams dated 1983 on the half-title, laid in is an original color Kodak photograph of Adams on the steps of the Cortile San Remo in Carmel, California.. Also laid in is a card from the publisher congratulating Adams on the completion of his trilogy noting more copies of the book on its way. 210pp. Illustrated in black and white. This is the last book which completes his trilogy on the philosophy and craft of creative black-and-white image making. Bound in black cloth, spine lettering silver, a fine bright copy in fine clipped pictorial dust jacket.
