London : Daily Telegraph , 1908. Book. Good +. Hardcover. 1st Edition. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Unpaginated. HARDCOVER Binding remains strong. Pencil name & date (1907) to ffep. Foxing apparent to verso of frontis. The preliminary pages are quite porous with foxing as a consequence of contact with acidic tissue of the day. The rest of the book is interspersed with tissue dividers. However, the interior pages have facsimile photographs mounted on dark cartridge paper which is unaffected by the acidic dividers. Some fascinating old photographs, and all the pages are in VG condition. The external buckram cloth is all in good order with clear titles. However, there are numerous marks to the frt. board. Includes supply & fitting of new correctly sized protective lyfjacket..
