Olympia, WA & St. Paul, MN: Department of Public Works, McGill-Warner Co., 1928. Oblong atlas folio. 49.5 x 36 in., printed in colours, w/ colour key, index text on verso. Preserved when folded to 9 x 6.25 in. in a printed manila envelope, black lettering on front cover (minor shelfwear, couple creases w/very minor wear), still VG copy. First edition of this informative map delineating miles of steam and electric railroads in Washington State during the 1920s. The map shows 40 different railroad lines operating within the state, including those projected and under construction, as well as logging roads, and index to counties, towns, and logging, coal, and iron companies on verso.
