About This Item
Item Is in VERY GOOD Condition. It has very little shelf wear, even for a vintage paperback. The pages inside are in very good shape with no highlighting, marks, or writing; no dog-earing or bent pages. There is no dust cover. The yellow paper cover is in good shape with no scratches or tears; minimal to no fraying along the edges, but there is a bit more wear on the bottom edges and foot of the spine from shelf rubbing. There is one small dent on the bottom front, and one on the top back edge; these are not obtrusive. There is no crease along the spine; the spine binding is tight, no loose pages, and in good shape (please see pictures as they are part of the description). Overall in very good condition.
This contains the journal entries, observations, and memories of Old California by traveler William Henry Thomes. The main feature of the edition is the Introduction by the great Berkeley professor George R. Stewart, who also edited it.
