Paris, Texas: North Texas Publishing Company, 1948. Limited Edition . Hardcover. Fine/Very Good. 8vo. Cisneros, Jose. pp. xiii, [1], 278, [2]. Illustrated. Dust jacket protected in mylar sleeve. Dust jacket has some browning of the spine, no tears or chips. Book is in near fine condition with minor foxing/browning at the end papers. An article and photo about the artist, Jose Cisneros, from a 1948 newspaper is glued in behind the front end paper and causing some browning to the surrounding paper. This copy is limited to 2,000 copies and is inscribed by both the illustrator, Jose Cisneros, (opposite page one) and the designer, Carl Hertzog, on the limitation page.
